SOMETHING ELSE .. means other products which you are looking for and you can not find them on our current offer nor listed in pre-order product pages. It could be part of a brand we sell or not, maybe a model we stock but of different size or color, as long as it is available to sell and of course related with our range of products we could be able to provide it on request, we do not promise to succed but we will sure try and get back to you a.s.a.p. with an answer.

Just send an email to info@cutite-bushcraft.ro preferably under \\\"something else\\\" subject and let us know what you need as specific as possible. If we will be able to provide a price this will be in a foreing currency (USD/EUR) because we import most of our merchandise and exchange rates are not stable. This price will be exchaged in RON using the BNR official rate from the delivery day. Sometimes such special order implies paying a partial amount in advance while you can choose to pay in full in advance using the official BNR exchange rate available in the full payment moment. In these cases we will provide a proforma invoice.

If order gets finalized with or without paying something in advance you will not be able to cancel or change the order nor return the product for refund. This because such items are not considered to be part of our offer, are products provided by customer special request and selection responsability so return rules are not applicable unless item is not ok.
