RETURN POLICY / CONDITIONS FOR PURCHASE CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
If the purchased product does not meet your expectations, you can return the product, and we offer you 3 options: either we refund the amount of money, you can use the money from the product cancellation to pay for another product, or we replace your product with an identical one.
1. PRODUCT RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING LAW:
Ordinance No. 130 of August 31, 2000, supplemented by Law No. 51 of January 21, 2003, approving Government Ordinance No. 130/2000 on the legal regime of distance contracts:
Thus, according to the provisions of Art. 7 para. 1) of OG 130/2000, the consumer, a NATURAL PERSON, has the right to notify the merchant in writing that they cancel the purchase, without penalties and without invoking any reason, within 10 working days from receiving the product. Cancellation of the purchase within 10 days can only be applied to products delivered by courier.
2. CONDITIONS FOR ACCEPTING PURCHASE CANCELLATION:
The product can only be returned if it is in perfect aesthetic and operational condition (no dents, scratches, signs of use, etc.) and in the same state in which it was delivered (in the original packaging with all accessories, intact labels, and accompanying documents—invoice, certificate, instructions, etc.), including any bonus gift products or services, if applicable (exactly as at the time of receiving the order). Otherwise, we reserve the right to decide whether to accept the return or to deduct an amount from the product's value. Free delivery for orders over 400 lei is also considered a bonus service. If multiple identical products were purchased, only one product will be accepted unsealed, the rest will only be accepted if they are sealed.
The product will be returned exclusively via courier service. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, and the product value will be refunded within a maximum of 30 days from the return. Preferably, the refund will be made through a bank transfer to the buyer's account, or optionally, by postal mandate.
To return the product, you must notify us in writing at the email address info@cutite-bushcraft.ro. Only written requests will be considered; the subject of the email should be “Request to Cancel Purchase Order No. ____/_____” (the order number and date must be specified), and the request must contain sufficient information. Within 24-48 hours, the buyer will receive a response via email with details on the purchase cancellation procedure.
Products must not be returned later than 15 working days from their receipt, regardless of when the return request was sent.
3. PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED IN ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING SITUATIONS:
- Products showing physical changes, dents, chips, scratches, or not meeting warranty terms (not reported as aesthetic defects within the first 48 hours of receiving the product)
- Unsealed personal care products, home or personal hygiene items, and medical accessories
- Identical unsealed products when purchasing more than one unit
- Consumable products that, due to their nature, cannot be resold in any form once unsealed
- Products that are considered a "special order" (A SPECIAL ORDER is defined as a product ordered by the client that is not in our usual offer but can be delivered based on a firm order and possibly an advance payment)
- Products missing all accessories
- Products that no longer have the complete original packaging in which they were delivered, or identification labels are damaged or missing
- Products sold at special prices/discounts due to aesthetic defects
4. PROCEDURES FOR ACCEPTING PURCHASE CANCELLATION:
After the product(s) arrive at our headquarters, we will check and determine if the received products are eligible for the purchase cancellation procedure based on the mandatory conditions for applying the purchase cancellation and return procedure. The final results will be communicated to the buyer by email within 24-48 hours of receiving the product(s). These results will also refer to any special fees applied, if applicable, in the product return process. Based on the communicated results, the buyer is required to provide their acceptance or observations regarding the mentioned results via email to continue the purchase cancellation and product return process.
If the product is returned in a condition where it can no longer be sold as new or shows signs of wear, scratches, dents, missing accessories, damaged or incomplete packaging, we reserve the right to decide whether to accept the return or to withhold an amount from the product's value. This amount will be communicated after assessing the damages to restore the product to its original condition (if possible) or to cover the price difference resulting from selling the product as second-hand. Alternatively, we can resend the product to the customer via courier at the customer's expense. This clause applies according to O.G. 130/2000, in the case of purchasing products from this site using distance communication techniques, applying the definitions contained in O.G. 130/2000 Art. 2 lit.e.
After receiving the return confirmation, products must not be returned later than 15 working days from their receipt, regardless of when the return request was sent.
After we accept the purchase cancellation, the product value will be refunded within a maximum of 30 days, and the amount used to purchase another product will be available immediately, depending on stock availability.
We reserve the right to refuse to accept the return in cases of abuse (repeated returns), exceeding the return period, failure to meet return conditions, or refusal to accept penalties or courier fees.
If the received product shows an aesthetic defect, it must be reported in writing within a maximum of 48 hours of delivery to the email address info@cutite-bushcraft.ro, along with 2 representative photos illustrating the defect. The email subject must specify the order number.
If the order benefited from free shipping and the return of a product from the order reduces the total amount below the threshold set for this bonus, a delivery fee will be added to the order.
Any buyer who opts to return a product purchased from our store is assumed to have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions
