Wästikivi Backwoods Stone - Eräkivi (finlandeza) - E4. Marime orientativa (specificata de producator): 120x30x10mm. Mai mica decat Home Stone si mai mare decat Scout's Stone. Disponibila si cu teaca din piele. Piatra universala de marime medie, are o muchie putin rotunjita pentru lame curbate si un capat tesit pentru diverse unelte si utilaje sau unele seratii. Snur atasat. Piatra naturala finlandeza Västilä/Wastila 100\% FILIT (roca metamorfica sistoasa). Se uda cu apa pentru a se folosi (nu se scufunda in apa ca in cazul pietrelor japoneze) dar la nevoie se poate folosi si uscata. Granulatie cu o medie de 800 (variatie intre 600 si 1000), corespunde granulatiei unui smirghel de 1000. Folosita de secole in Finlanda ca mod traditional de ascutire. Producatori finlandezi de cutite (Roselli, Iisakki Järvenpää) le recomanda pentru cutitele lor din otel carbon. Si otelul inoxidabil se poate ascuti, daca otelul este mai dur se foloseste mai multa apa.

Dimensiuni aproximative: 11.5-12.5cm x 2.8-3.3cm x 9-11.5mm. Pietrele nu sunt perfect simetrice si uniforme, dimensiunile variaza usor.
