Ontario Knife TAK 2 este un cutit derivat din celebra serie RAT/TAK si mai exact din TAK 1. Spre deosebire de modelele RAT si TAK 1, TAK 2 este mai adaptat pentru mediul outdoor, atat ca forma (usor modificata) cat si din punct de vedere al materialelor alese (maner din lemn si teaca din piele).

Constructia este tot full tang, foarte robusta. Lama groasa din otel carbon 1075 tratata cu fosfat pentru a obtine culoarea neagra si o protectie impotriva oxidarii; pe suprafata aceasta urme raman destul de usor si pot exista de la inceput (din fabrica).

Plasele din lemn de esenta tare (nespecificat), stabilizat, culoare puternica, fixate cu 3 suruburi (demontabile). Capatul manerului este decupat pentru acces la orficiul pentru snur.

Teaca din piele neagra, rigida; protectie din plastic la interior.
