Cutit din noua gama Cottage-Craft de la Böker, cutite de bucatarie fabricate in Solingen, un tribut adus micilor manufacturi de cutite carora li se datoreaza renumele uneltelor confectionate in Solingen inca din secolul 14. Seria contine cinci cutite realizate din otel carbon C75 si lemn de prun.

Cottage-Craft Santoku este, ca orice cutit Santoku, un model clasic japonez pentru uz universal in bucatarie. Santoku inseamna "cele trei virtuti" si este conceput sa fie la fel de util pentru a procesa carne, peste si legume. Are lama lunga de 16.5cm (taisul), constructie full tang cu plasele din lemn de prun de provenienta germana si nituri din alama. Lama este oxidabila si va capata in scurt timp o patina protectoare dar nu trebuie lasata uda pentru ca va rugini.
